One note of caution... If you ever decide to install an MII front suspension, do more homework than i did, and make sure the company you purchase from has a bit better customer service!
Yes, the kit i got was well built, and yea, it's pretty much made for my application. However, my frame had seen better days! the bottom of the frame rails where the MII crossmember from the kit will mount does NOT match the "pre made crossmember and spring hats" i got with the kit. i am going to need to do some grinding and shiming to get the crossmember to sit correctly on the axle centerline.
Installing an IFS? . . .
MEASURE, MEASURE, and MEASURE some MORE! get your frame level side to side, and make sure the frame is square!
i got pretty lucky in that respect, and my frame is within 1/32" all around for square, and sits perfectly level on the stands.
